To null this, go to this file: includes/WPRuby_License_Handler.php
And comment this 2 lines:
//add_action('admin_init',array($this,'redirect_if_not_active'));
//add_action('admin_menu', array($this,'register_activation_page'));

(line 19 and line 20)

@Babak could you kindly re-update this with the nulled fix ?
