Real Issue is when add a person both as a customer and supplier and have returns from sale or purchase within same ledger .. have u experienced that ?
The picture attched only show the tx of inventory management...
Now, see this option in products - "Actions/product stock history" and check if you can see the transaction of the invenrtory managment...
Remenber this option update the "Current stock" ... so if i am right the tx of the inventory management it doesnt work.

Why is it that every time I use the "Stock Adjustment" feature, the results in the database will be duplicates.
What I do:
1. Make a Stock Adjustment
2. If it only contains 1 item/product, then there will be no duplicates in the database.
3. If it contains more than 1, let's say there are 3 (A, B, C), then in the database A, B B, C C C will appear.
The more stock adjustments, the larger the database size, especially in the "transaction_sell_lines_purchase_lines" table and the "stock_adjustment_line_id" column because there are multiple duplicates.
Please try and check your database. Any solution? Thank You
FYI, my LOT number and expiration date features are active.

When we marked order in pos screen " kitchen order" nothing hopped,
