When I install this plugin in a subdirectory environment, it just show redirect too many times (www.example.com/blog). But when I install it in the main domain (www.example.com), it has no problem.

In your wp-config.php file, what is the value for COOKIE_DOMAIN ?
What browser are you using? Regardless of this, have you tried on an incognito window?
Is the plugin Network Activated or rather is it activated by site?
Last, but not least, have you tried turning it off and on again?
