I found this newer version at codelist - I first compared it line by line to feel confident it was legit/clean, then I nulled it.

I used the same code from here for suppressing updates. But, all versions of this plugin including here the null of the license part still left in the server check. Even though it forces a good result afterward, it is better to not contact the author's server at all so I removed those online checks as shown below:

I don't use this plugin myself, but did install it to test it. I added a plugin (webhooks) and went to license page and typed an arbitrary license key "valid" and it accepted it and shows activated.
