I have downloaded a file from here, it is a script that allows you to make drag and drop forms. It's called: Green Forms - Standalone Form Builder: https://babia.to/threads/green-forms-standalone-form-builder.54920/
I uploaded the file to virus total to check if it has a virus, it actually gives me a report that it has malware and tells me that there are two files that have an infection.
I have reviewed the files and found in the code that they use ase64_decode, I understand that this is used to encrypt some parts of the code and can generate some type of code concatenation to use the resources from where it is installed to generate some type of attack
The question for experts, is this code a false positive? What do specialists call it? Is this code generating some type of malware? I appreciate the help and I apologize in advance in case I ask questions that are not my responsibility, I just want to learn.
