ok i install this from the ftp server and its working but from the wp dashboard its not
after when i install it its seems this lines: when i go to the orginal edit or in the start of the edit with elementor up is seems this problum before its gone

I'm not specifically sure what is causing that error but line 411 in the mentioned file is to do with if whether the document is editable or not. Sounds like something server specific rather than to do with this version of Elementor.

Use a properly set up or pre configured hosting server, you are missing dependencies that PHP7 and elementor require
