Views can be generated through proxies which was working of panels.
Subscribers can be done via bulk account making and executing them into a system which send subs with different proxies to account
You can buy traffic bots to generate the traffic for you but it'll need proxies and those don't come cheap. Sure you can use free ones or even paid ones but it'll easily be noticable by YouTube when they see the same 10 IP addresses watching the same videos thousands of times. It's up to you to decide whether it's worth it to risk your channel getting banned.

I have created a new youtube channel. Really getting traffic with proxies and bots scare me. May be social panel site is better option. In the past I used like4likes but couple of my Twitter accounts got suspended while liking and retweeting others's link.
