The settings are just fine. I'm using SMTP under the super admin notification settings.

How were you able to fix it, I have been getting error >> COMPANY DOES NOT EXISTS FOR THAT URL on the home page and when i try to go to other pages i get

Did you set your main home domain or subdomain to point to the public folder.
For eg. if its on a main domain you need to point to public_html/public
if its on a subdomain you need to point to public_html/subdomain/public
in that order. Else you always need to enter the URL with /public or /public/index.php at the end.

i did all this already, I dont still see what the problem i have tried all ways, search and notthing works.. At first it installs, But after that noting work at the home page
The only page the works fine is the signup page

Please I need advice on how I can set the software to be accessible at https://mydomain.com/login rather than https://mydomain.com/index.php/login. I have tried all means to get it to work but unfortunately, I haven't had success with this one.
Secondly, anytime I upload an image for example the app's logo, account profile images, etc, it appears to be broken after I click on the save button.
I suspect it's from my server but I can't figure out what the actual problem is and how to resolve it because it works fine if I install it on my localhost using XAMPP.

Check the folder permission where the uploaded files is being saved, it should be 744.

Referring to the public/user-upload folder? I did set it to 744 but I still couldn't upload any images. And also still unable to access the software without putting "/index.php" in front of the home domain URL.
