Who knows how to get reviews Google My Business in 2022?

Does anybody know how to get reviews for Google My Business Profile in 2022?

Hi all, I have customers who has left reviews for my business over the last couple of weeks but they are not showing up on my profile. I have since spoken with a few of these customers and they have shown me the reviews on their phones but I cannot see them on my profile - the last published review was 1 year ago.

I appreciate that Google can remove or choose not to publish reviews that violate it's terms - but these are genuine positive reviews that my customers have taken the time to leave, I cannot see how they violate those terms.

Is there a way I can get new reviews that will publish on my profile? Who knows?

There are several options...

1. You can purchase positive reviews on several websites.
2. A better option is to give customers a discount code if they leave a review for your service. This seems to be a popular option.
