Which theme is this?

I need this theme which all these sites are using. I had no succes with buildwith.com or scanwp.net etc.

They are all Wordpress sites and they have all different owners. So this has to be a theme.

Is anyone able to get the name of this theme?

Perhaps, a custom theme but could be from the same development company or individual developed for different website owners.

All three sites contains the same All in one SEO pack plugin.

And the phone numbers on the menu of each of the websites are all the same!

Perhaps they're related or used for scams?!

Well, then it's probably a custom theme

But does anybody know a plugin with wich I could do a similar form like they have?
Its design looks just great and has the exact functionalities I need
