Yes, mine too. Try to make auto reply in your device. And sent them message based on keyword in auto reply that you made before.

Mine, status still connected but device can't reply message based on keyword.

Yes, some things happen because of hosting. I have experienced this. especially hosting which must be in the public_html root

If you face issues again and again means it is hosting problem.

Please note that the cheaper shared hostings are restricted to use nodeJS performance.

You should try on VPS or other best shared hostings.

It is a straight forward application. It doesn't need to modify its script to make it run when it's doesn't work. If not work it is problem with hosting or bad configuration in VPS server

try to access it directly to yourweb.com/schedule-run if the page load to blank page with some number inside, the cron should work, but if the result is same (blank page with some number that i mention before) maybe any problem with your server so the cronjob not working properly, alternative you can use third-party cron web services
