No I got it from another source I used to test various themes and plugins.

Not sure if that site is any good. I only trust a few websites that provide cracked/nulled products other sites will upload files with WordPress backdoors so don't trust it. The latest clean versions of this theme I can find are 1.4 and 1.6 at the latest sorry. Maybe @Babak can help you with the latest version.

Version 1.8.3 nulled by me! Works perfect.
First install Wordpress and then this theme, activate it and then install all required plugins and activate them!
Note that you have to install Elementor Pro, WPBakery Page Builder and Slider Revolution Nulled versions after you install all plugins!
You can use plugin "Update Theme and Plugins from Zip File" to install it easily.
