I sent suggestion to Rank Math to improve WooCommerce schema the same way that plugin from Schema App you ask first.
Rank Math replied:
"We love your suggestions and we would love to implement it.
I will share it with the team and see how it goes.
If all turns out to be good, who knows - we might implement this

Thank you! I'm going to look for a workaround to fix Search Console errors and then wait for this improvement in Rank Math
