You need to update them from other resources on here. Even with a genuine licence they show as needing updates.

It's currently a problem with PHLOX themself. I'm experiencing same issue with my fully licenced version.

Yes all their servers are currently down even their own website. They had this same problem a week or 2 ago as well and it lasted a couple of days.
