hey there, if you didn't buy that device, i suggest you to not buy, because there are no technique available to unlock icloud in iphone till you have original copy of the bill, i have wasted my one month research on how to unlock icloud on iphone and i failed everytime, so i am 101% sure that icloud can not be broken without original bill on owner credentials.
yes you just have to call the apple support and verify your details according to the bill and if you give all answers correctly they remove icloud from the server.
actually they can ask you anything they want, if you look suspicious to them, they will never remove the lock, so be sure you have every possible information keep with you to answer them, they may ask what was the possible email of icloud account, what were your d.o.b. what were your security questions they can ask anything they want. i have experienced it. and only successful one time in my life.
