Brothers/ Sisters,
Please advice, I'm really confused about, if I use elementor or divi builders to create my site, do I really need to bother, which theme should I use? Any theme supposed to do the magic right? It may be the WordPress basic theme or any other free theme at wordpress.org? Or I'm an idiot?

Hello hrahman,

If you use elementor the really important thing to consider is the simplicity of the theme for its flexibility and lightness. I used to use themeforest themes according to my clients now that I work with elementor pro, I use the themes as a source of inspiration and setup my work on a theme hello basis (I even give up with Astra theme who is too greedy in my memory).
The more complex the theme will be, the more css code to modify. While starting from a simple theme you master everything. But choosing a theme is also a matter of work habit.

@Brunov99 , thanks brother, that's really helpful. So we can conclude that, if we use wordpress 2019 even, Elementor will do the tricks and we will use stunning theme for reference and design concept.

I have used so many themes on my website but I'm my opinion, OceanWP is the best. I designed my website from the header to the main body with elementor. I'm going to create a footer soon as well.
If you want to work with elementor full-time, I'll suggest OceanWP. There are lots of settings to customize but you'll be able to learn it in no time.

I use the free one, there's no pro version, just pro extensions (see it as pro plugins for OceanWP). I don't use any of them either, but you can find them here on Babiato if you really need to use them.
Free version works just fine for me.
