Plugin fixing: do not used IORI system plugin store verification to API key to valid to install and activation, and do not validation..... do not plugin download and install...... Sorry no fix and problem fixing alternative

I'm waiting for feedback back on null is appropriate for everyone, or if it works for a thank you and help the one who doesn't work where it goes wrong... A lot of work was complicated null method.... If you are null to .env, disabling the update is important....
