you want to ressell hosting ? you can build it by yourself ! vps + whm/cpanel(cloudlinux) + whmcs
check hostginee post on webmaster marketplace, it was posted by white rabbit, it's a solid host for less than 20$/month, it's cheap for unlimited resell
Apikhost has whmcs license. It was not showing for thats "apikhost use cloudflare" So you cannot find out this.Really we want to trust that localhoster who started a few months ago??

Bro, I have contact with whmcs recently they said to me that, there was a license problem. Contact with your license provider. (Bcoz I used this licnese from 3rd party-WHMCS Reseller)
