how to make some website cool like babiato?

we can sharing each other, we can make some question, we can chatting and another something cool we can do on website babiato.

i wanna make it to, to my community sharing online.

please, what the first step i can do? tell me.

i have some webstite, but still empty cause i dont know how to management it.
but, when i find this site.. i got inpired to make it. amazing for me.
