I'm not quite sure what you don't understand.

Hostiko.zip is the actual Theme.
HostikoImportor_nulled.zip is the importer Plugin.

Would you believe, to IMPORT the DEMOS! It is a required plugin anyway, but you need the NULLED one for it to work.

Okay. Now I understand. One is a plugin and the other is the theme.
You mention the "Elementor Theme folder" for both files. and there was confusion.
