When importing a Betheme demo I get this error.

This demo package is not available on the cloud server. Contact @Babak Package Name: http://gio-accessorize.local/wp-content/themes/betheme/demos/computershop_el.zip

Does anyone know how I can import the demo manually, wordpress is locally.

I found a solution.
First of all, I decoded the code found on line 161 in the function.php file in the theme from https://codebeautify.org/hex-string-converter. As a result, he gave the address https://filedn.com/lbzTJlHIVNaSVuOTzWunY6B/bethemedemo/. Now I changed the current address by doing the reverse process. I changed the demo data I uploaded to my server as hex 68747470733a2f2f796179696e2e6d6f62696c726164796f6d2e636f6d2f64656d6f732f in my file and the result worked. There are some problems. I could not do it. I could not automatically import the slide demos. I imported them manually.

I figured it out. Goto wp-content/themes/betheme/functions/importer/class-mfn-importer-api.php

Solution for v23.0.2

@line:93, comment out this:
return new WP_Error( 'error_download', __( 'This demo package is not available on the cloud server. Contact @babak.' . 'Package Name: ' . $file_url , 'mfn-opts' ) );

And add following code above commented @line:93:
$tmp_file = download_url( $file_url );

Now try importing any pre-built site. It will work. I checked it for bakery3 demo.
