First off, the theme needs to be activated else you won't be able to install demos.
There are various ways to do this (and I don't know if this release has been nulled for activation, or a method given) but here is one...
Edit the file betheme/functions/admin/class-mfn-dashboard.php and change line 235 from

$response = $this->remote_post( 'register', $args );

to

$response['success'] = 'success';

And change line 274 from

$response = $this->remote_post( 'register', $args );

to

$response['success'] = 'success';

Now use any code to activate the theme.

Now to allow demo import...
Here are the demos download link: http://uploadboy.me/195kbgc9wds0/
Unzip them to a folder called 'demos' in the root of the theme folder (ie. wp-content/themes/betheme/demos) you will need to create the folder.
Then in the file betheme/functions/importer/class-mfn-importer-api.php change line 91 from

$response = wp_remote_get( $url, $args );

to

$response = '';

and line 102 from

$body = @file_get_contents( $url );

to

$body = @file_get_contents(get_template_directory_uri() . '/demos/' . $this->demo . '.zip');

Now you can click Install on any of the demos in the BeTheme dashboard to install them.
N.B. This will not affect premium plugins - you will still need to install those manually.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '$Mfn_Importer' (T_VARIABLE), expecting function (T_FUNCTION) in /home/eqm8520/public_html/wp-content/themes/betheme/functions/importer/class-mfn-importer.php on line 1275

howto fix ?

I removed everything and reinstalled this version of the link below. Worked perfectly.
Version BeTheme v21.1.9 Nulled (Good)

Did an update and changed the lines like here.

In the header I get the hind "buy now".

How can I remove that?

I don´t install any plugin.

I did it. I nulled it.
How I did it:
I changed all lines

    Line 184:             $response = $this->remote_post('register', $args);
    Line 304:         $response = $this->remote_post('register', $args);
    Line 343:         $response = $this->remote_post('register', $args);

to

$response['success'] = 'success';

And it still did not activate by any code. When I try activating by 1 or other character I received invalid format code.
After that I loked at code format and found post from @dannybest https://babia.to/threads/betheme-responsive-multi-purpose-wordpress-theme.13/post-20934.
He activated like me and throu code 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000
This is good format code.
I activated throu this code too.

Currently downloading the demos, but it was like 114 MB and need to wait 1-3 hrs to be completely downloaded.

@Babak I only need Creative2 demo, so if it the demos zip won't go through, would you please send it to me? THANKS A LOT in advance!

@Babak TYVM bro! Now I'm on to editing the site... Btw, it uses Muffin Builder instead of WPbakery. Is fine, I'm used to it, but just FYI for anyone, just go to backend editor, scroll down and you'll see it.

@Babak need a little help, it's slider related... I've been trying to edit this thing in the slider of Creative2 (pointed by red arrow below), but I couldn't find where to edit it. It's not in homepage, but on slider revolution itself. I'm using the version 6.0.7 where the whole settings and GUI are way different than it used to. Can you help me with this?
