Have you tried installing different Demo templates? Is it always the same result?
Try to change the PHP version on the hosting.
Install version 7.4, it may help.

Nothing to do with files. Its the way this theme is nulled. The "hosting" licence platform is down. Wait for the next update. It will be fixed then.

I can confirm that this is not for every demo. I was able to install two other demos without issue. But Content import for some demos won't work. I was specifically trying "Barbeque" demo.

By the way, this can happen also with a verified BeTheme License.
