You need to properly unzip the file and add the htaccess file.

Soon I update. If you upgrade from 1.3.6 to v2 it is not very safe. The code has a lot of problems, generating some errors when updating

But if you do a clean install, it'll work fine.

In fact, there are several bugs, including security ones related to the API. In a test I did, I was able to easily access the system via API. Other parts of the system also have some minor bugs

To be honest, don't expect much from this code, as the date since the last update was VERY long. Other people have complained about the developer's poor code as well

Everything will depend on what your intention is with the system. In my case it worked and continues to work very well, despite the bugs I mentioned

I recommend you test it to draw your own conclusions

I haven't tested the v2 yet, as I had problems updating, but I hope the dev has fixed the bugs they had in the previous version

I've never heard of uHelp before, so I can't say. I just know that I chose Bedesk at the time because of the UX/UI that was better than others I see before
