When you upload the st version of any plugins it will automatically overright the old version.

Yes it's not nulled and it's not required.
Just install it and you can use it fully.

First of all please search and see what a "False positive" mean.
Second of all: install wordfence, install addon, do a full scan with wordfence.

If wordfence finds the virus then come back and post proof from wordfence scan.
