Any cheap VPS with Promo?

Hi. I am planning to move from shared hosting to VPS because of the slow response from the current shared hosting. (Including upload speed which is very important). Do you have any VPS recommendations that can upload real speed without capping upload speed? We are uploading large contents in wordpress and offloading media after uploading. Thanks!

Better if they have promotion like 15USD per year if theres any.

Try Oracle Cloud. You get a free VPS for life. I have been using for a while for my test environment. Even though it is free, you need to be adept with basic Linux server administration.
The other I recommend is Racknerd. You could try Racknerd's $10.28 a year VPS.

Something to note: there are several VPS for $12 or less a year but when you are looking to host a website, look for a company that has been in existence for sometime to avoid dissapointments. Otherwise if you don't mind the hassle, Oracle's offer is hard to beat.
