Hi everyone, have any of you experienced this error before? I was able to successfully enter the API code, but when I try to use it, I'm unable to access the feature. Has anyone else encountered a similar problem?. Installed but can't use it.

Had the same error, this is how i solved it.

I created a new openai account as an organization, not personal. Let your app name be same as the one used on the organization name in openai.

I created a new openai account as an organization, not personal. Let your app name be same as the one used on the organization name in openai.

In my case I use the API for personal use and everything worked fine.

The only thing that doesn't work is when I want to update the logo and favicon of the site, but that's not important if it's for personal use.
