Sure. I'm facing the error 500. Looking at the developer tools i was not able to identify where the problem is. It says that is on line 1, position 1 of admin/plan-update file, but i could not find any error on the file at all. Here's the screenshot:

If you have just disabled the plugin, remove the .htaccess file for this plugin and reinstall it and it will work correctly!

I was using offload plugin and i got issues it dont upload the files, photos, etc. But when I updated the files using the hotfix, the issues fixed.
