WP Products from Elements not support automatically update from Dashboard like Themeforest, CodeCanyon.
You can import Elementor Templates and Photos directly from Dashboard, but themes & plugins not!
Surely, if you still access Elements, you can download latest version of any product then update manually.

no, this file usually not getting updates if get updates you must have an Envato subscription download again and update it no API updates available!
