Wait, I am still confused, I installed Premiere Pro on both 1st PC and 2nd PC, and it's working.

yea, this support 2 PC but you can't install same app in bouth 2 devices
you can install photoshop in 1st PC & illistrator on 2nd PC
But I am telling you, I installed the same app on both devices.
Premiere Pro is installed on PC1 and PC2.
So what's going on here?
You can install your apps on 2 PCs without any hassle. That's how adobe Creative Cloud works. If you add a 3rd device, you must remove one of the 2 PCs
