Smush Pro - Optimize unlimite images with Smush Pro Plugin v3.16.2

Does anyone know why I still see 0% images optimized when they are optimized?

Even during repeat optimization the bar fills but the circle is always red and at 0%.

I am using Litespeed server.

I'm still working on tracking this problem down, but I have seen this Smush plugin automatically deactivate itself on several sites. Anyone else see this?
