woocommerce orders status

Hi there,
I want to change the way that my orders are working now, when someone buys something, the orders status become On Hold, even when the guy doesn't make the payment.
so i want it to be like that, when someone buy something, i want it to become on Hold, and when the guy makes the payment, change to Processing and wen the delivery is done its become completed.

like this
first - on hold
second - processing (he did the payment)
third - completed (he receive the product)

it depends on what payment method you are using , please note this also , on hold and processing is almost the same it might cause problem on your stock since , on hold means order confirmed stock has been reduced but you need to confirm the payment

processing means that order has been paid and the stock has been reduced ,,

so it can cause double stock reducing ,, for more information
