Total cost for this in India 55$ + 2$(handling charges). Plz check this...and suggest me...

If you have $55, really it is better to buy it from Codecanyon because of life time updates.
But you may ask them if updates from codecanyon is really free forever.
My budget is very low, so I will buy from KeywordRush.com with 25OFF coupon.
Regarding the theme, I will use nulled REHub from Babiato.
As Cashback Tracker plugin will connect to affiliate API and deal with real money, I prefer to buy it and not use nulled for safety and support reason.

Well, if GST tax is required in your country, there is no way to avoid it.
Using the coupon 25OFF is still advantageous. I'm considering this an investment.
Building a cashback site never was as affordable as now with this plugin.
I watched on TV an episode of brazilian Shark Tank two guys raised funds for a cashback site.
But remember the plugin currently supports only Awin and Admitad affiliate networks.

Can't you just set country to Gibraltar to avoid any taxes? Pick any street in Google Maps and you're good to go
