The best solution for Cloud storage - file sharing?

Hi everyone,
I need your suggestion and experience with cloud storage.
I want to make cloud storage for file-sharing on my website with custom CNAME.
For example, when sharing the plugin abc.zip, I can upload and share by the download link as "download.mydomain.com/abc.zip"
I have tried the Amazon S3 to storage and sharing, however, the cost is high and continues increasing. Now I'm looking for another service.
Anyone can give me your idea?

You have the option to install and self host or there are cloud accounts for sale with nextcloud. Upto you.
