Woocommerce Estimated Delivery Date Per Product v1.8 Nulled Free is a nice alternative to Woocommerce Estimated Delivery Date / Estimated Shipping Date per product but still can't match up on features after checking it out.
I also spent some time on YITH WooCommerce Delivery Date v2.1.6 which also seems to fall short features.

It would be nice to have this plugin if anyone can share, its a nice tool
