Question - Download Types(Nulled..)

Hi everyone,
Please excuse me if this has been answered before. I just have a random question regarding the plugins labelled "Nulled" and those that are not. I'm new to WP development and just wanted to find out if the plugins are safe to use on a production site and/or if there are any steps to take before uploading? Thanks

Virus vitual check. I think all the plugins shared within this forum are safe to use. But not everywhere in the internet
