If you're really in doubt, then you can instead opt for the above mentioned Newspaper theme (that too comes with AMP & mobile theme) . . Beside Baback's that one is completely untouched (Ex: I've also purchased version of Newspaper & the Newspaper.zip archive matches with official one on CRC32, MD5 Hash checking.

you cant use it with out nulling! cant import demos .....

Sometimes the keyword is used for RANKING PURPOSE, so that when people searches for Newspaper 9.6 nulled, then babia.to will appear there .
