I bought him the tool and I paid a total price of 125$. After I paid everything to him, he started with excuses and said that his paypal account was limited and cannot provide instalattion no more! Also, he doesn't reply to my Skype messages and don't want to give me my money back! So I paid 125$ and I got NOTHING!

I will open a dispute on paypal and give all informations and skype chat to paypal and I will get my money back. I will update this post after everything is solved. I have every proof in my end and I will provide every detail to Admins or users!
