Do not purchase from them.
They are cheaters and give fraud items.
Most of the products sold by them contain the virus.
Instead, buy from https://woogang.net. They are much better and give good support.

there are much better gpl websites there. gplplus copies form other websites and sell them in their website. some other better alternatives according to my preference are:
gplvault.com (only original files, not nulled)
gpltimes.com (nulled and original)
nulledfire.com (nulled and original)
nobuna.com (only original files, not nulled)
gpldl.com - free website but slow updates

You won't get Licence
you will get updates after they get the update by their website
Somewhere i have used gpldl, just because it had clean files,

but now most of the files you can get here so why do you need a subscription.
It's the same process

I have used almost all the sites i have mentioned above. Personally i like Gpltimes, as they provide faster updates and also provide license activations for many plugins and themes for just 1$ per product per website, which is a big plus for me.
