Hello Babiato Family,

I have a serious Malware problem according to my webhost that is causing my site to timeout etc.

What do you all recommend to fix this? Should I seek a company, use an application? I have no clue where to start. My plan was to blow it up and start over.

Suggestions please. Thanks!

You need to scan all your files and directories first of all. Easiest would be if you have a backup of the entire site pre-malware then you can restore that backup, but if you do not have it then depending your access level and your hosting contract you can fix it yourself. If you have cpanel try to scan for viruses for all the files, if you have root access check the following link.
If not comfortable doing it alone free comodo and sucuri does it cheap for you as well.

I'd agree with @ckeeper - if you have a clean back-up then restore from that.

is this a WordPress site? if it is and you can access /wp-admin I'd try installing a security plug-in like Cerber Security or Wordfence and let that scan the site, that will give you details of what you are dealing with.

Also, make sure you check the user accounts on your hosting and web site, change all the passwords and remove any you don't recognize, as you can't be certain they haven't been compromised.
