Hello, I have a table where when it is "completed" implies that the product has already been delivered, now I have created a new "modal" table where I would like to call a modal that blocks the user when logging in, this when his product has already been delivered "finished order". and in this way the customer will have to select one of the options, delivered or not delivered, only this way gives him the possibility to manage his account again.

when it picks up the logged-in user name, it verifies that it has an order and that the order is complete,
if have completed order then open the popup and block the user with 2 questions Received and Not Received, after selecting one of the 2 he can manage his profile
