I have found a solution.
The Loco Plugin accepts the Google Translate API (domain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=loco-config&action=apis). So create a 90-day trial (worth $300) Google Console API and activate the translation module.
After insert the API Key you can create 500K Letters for free (that should be enough for all plugins)
