odd issue here guys.

Added the main plugin - says activated; add couple addon plugins, main one being date picker.
SSo of course thats the bit thats messed up lol.

Page here - form on bottom bar = click, and you can enter nifo but when you try to enter dat picker all of form disappears, you cant enter dates or click 'send'.
Odd issue if anyone knows quick cure~

I have no idea regarding this plugin. However, several other form plugins have recently been affected by WordFence. Do you have that installed? If so, maybe try disabling and see if works.

Hi Babak,

With this Formidable Pro nulled version, there's an issue. I've tested with the official version and it works well.
Here's the issue : you add a form into a page and you open this page with Chrome browser. Click on F12 to open Inspector and click on the Console tab : refresh the page and you'll see a call to frm.min.js that doesn't exit and cause a 404 error
