if you have this problem on reseller or hosting, try to increase limit like as posted @hacgiay.

To everyone having problems, 9 times out of 10 it is you server configuration, go with a reputable hosting company that gives you the control you need over your sever such as AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean, Google, UpCloud, Vultr etc.

Don't update the elementor free version if you want template import to work. You must manually upload new nulled version each time.

Did you follow what I just said?

Extract/Overwrite both elementor and elementor-pro folders.

I would also suggest deleting both the old elementor and elementor-pro folders on your server before uploading this version. I just tested it works fine, read through the other people who have had the same issue as you and figure out where you have gone wrong
