After struggling with the Activation problem, I finally found the solution.

They've published a changelog for 4.6.0 but don't seem to have actually released it yet as I'm not getting the update either through the WP Dashboard or my account at their website.
 
Actually managed to get the update on another one of my sites that I have it installed on, so here is 4.6.0 RETAIL UNTOUCHED if it helps either of you to null it @Babak @TassieNZ
