You see the site is popular and has admins and mod but they have a life also, so few members takes little active steps to report scam, spam and other relevant things.
and when they come online, they do a check and takes action

As for you, setup your profile, add some profile image etc etc

and as for the post, edit it
explain what is kucoin
how it works
what they gets to use your link
etc etc, rather than using pdf and inside ref link
