A question like I know if this file is malicious or is it just a patch?

That is not from CSS Hero? I would say it is probably malicious. Upload the file and PM it to me. I'll have a look.

I just opened it and it comes out this has nothing but the antivirus detects it I do not understand all the plugins I have are downloaded from here so it was strange

and that problem is not because of the CSS HERO just asking why I find that weird

Personally, I'd back up the file so you have it and then delete it off the server. Very much doubt it's needed! :)
